Elizabeth brings many years of mortgage experience to Kennedy Financial. Over the years, she has managed and trained both mortgage loan officers and loan processors. Elizabeth oversees the sales team and has the chief responsibility of making sure each and every loan receives top notch service and attention. Elizabeth’s strengths include pre-underwriting loans prior to lender submission and ascertaining the best possible pricing and programs available to our borrowers. Elizabeth is a native of Boston, Massachusetts and has resided in the Atlanta area since 1994.

Michael has many years in the financial services arena. He attended Emory University and has a passion for mortgages and helping his clients keep their financial house in order. He is originally from Swampscott, Massachusetts and currently resides in the Atlanta area.

Martha has spent over 15 years on both residential lending and residential real estate. She is a loan consultant. Recently, she has re-aligned herself on the lending side so that she can help first-time homebuyers as well as existing homeowners with their financial goals. Martha moved to Georgia in the mid-90's from South Florida. She is a single mom to daughter Kylie.

Before joining the mortgage industry, Kyle was an insurance agent in the Albany, GA area for many years. He loves helping all Georgians realize their dreams by making their home buying or refinancing a seamless process. He has two children. When he isn't working, he enjoys weight training, playing golf, and walking with his three dogs at the river walk.

Kerry is our mortgage originator and has extensive experience working in related fields, including: Property Management, Home Renovations, Finance, and IT. She recently moved to Georgia from Northern Virginia and lives with her three rescue dogs in the Atlanta area. She is eager to help you achieve your dream of homeownership!

Leslie started her career in the real estate industry more than 25 years ago, leasing luxury apartments. Because she wanted to make a difference in her clients' lives through home ownership, it was a natural progression for her to transition into the financial side of the real estate industry as a Loan Officer. She learned very early on that she is also in the communication business. Her clients always receive prompt communication, along with a thorough presentation of all their mortgage options and patience along the way. Helping her clients with one of the biggest decisions of their lives and/or improving their current financial situation is very important. She is originally from New York and moved to the Atlanta area to be closer to family.
